1. What the site provides

Call Ringtone offers ringtone audio files for preview in your browser and download to your own device. The service is provided free of charge and without any account requirement.

2. What you may do with the files

Download them and use them as ringtones, alarm tones or notification sounds on devices you own.
Convert them to another format for your own device, for example MP3 to M4R for an iPhone.
Share a link to a ringtone page with anyone.

3. What you may not do

Redistribute the audio files as your own collection, on another website, or in an app.
Sell, license or sublicense the files, individually or in bulk.
Use them in a commercial production — advertising, film, television, games or a released recording — without written permission from us first.
Scrape, mirror or bulk-download the library through automated means.
Represent the files as your own work.

4. Intellectual property

The audio files, site design, written content and code are the property of Call Ringtone or its suppliers, and are protected by copyright. Downloading a file gives you a personal-use permission, not ownership. See the copyright policy for detail.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and individual ringtones may be added, changed or removed at any time without notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Call Ringtone is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the files, including loss of data or device issues. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
